Brinjal Medium
Brinjals are fruits originally native to the Indian subcontinent and now found throughout the world in different cuisines. While often considered a vegetable, this unique-looking produce is known as King of Vegetables. It is also referred to as eggplant, melongene, and guinea squash. Brinjals Medium are medium and oval, averaging 5-7 centimeters depending on maturity. This egg-shaped fruit has a glossy, smooth, and medium-thick green or purple outer skin. The inner flesh is firm, crisp, and creamy white with a few, small edible seeds. When cooked, Brinjals offer a mild flavor with sweet notes and a creamy texture.
Usage
Brinjals are best suited for cooked applications such as grilling, baking, stir-frying, and roasting. They are popularly sliced, grilled, and mashed and used in curry-based dishes. Storage

The inner white flesh turns brown quickly once its cut, so use it as soon as you cut them or refrigerate by placing the remaining on a bowl or plate, but avoid sealing, as it increases decay.
